May 18, 2026The single biggest predictor of whether someone in our studio will still be training in twelve months is not how intense their first session is. It is how short the sessions can be without them feeling like they cheated.
Three minutes of 90/90 hip drills before bed will do more for your back over a year than the one Saturday a month you found two hours for a full session and demolished yourself.
Make the minimum so small you cannot skip it. Then keep doing it.
