Do I need previous training experience?
No. Every kit ships with a structured plan.
How long until I see results?
Most people feel measurably stronger or more mobile within 3-6 weeks at three sessions per week.
Can I use a kit instead of a gym?
For the first 6-24 months of training, yes.
Are the kits safe for kids?
The Kids Movement Kit and Family Move Together Kit are designed for ages 4-10 with adult supervision.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please consult a physician before starting any new training program.
Are the bands latex?
Most are latex. If you have an allergy email us before ordering – we ship TPE alternatives.
What sizes do mats come in?
Standard mats 183 x 61 cm. Family XL 200 x 130 cm.
How long does shipping take?
EU 5-7 days. UK/US 7-14. Rest of world 10-21.
Do you ship to my country?
Globally. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us.
Can I return a kit?
Yes, unopened within 14 days. See Returns for hygiene-locked items.

Are training plans included?
Most kits include a printed or PDF plan.

What currencies are supported?
Display USD by default. Stripe charges in your local currency at checkout.
What payment methods?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit via Stripe.
Are my card details safe?
Card details are tokenised by Stripe (PCI Level 1). Never stored on our servers.
Is the brand French?

Who designs the kits?
Yacime Zenasni and Noemie Mendy, both certified sports educators with 10+ years coaching.
Do you have a studio I can visit?
Our coaching studio in Dijon is not open to the public for retail.
