Family Fitness
Make movement a household ritual. Thirty cards designed for two adults and one or two kids, each with a 5-10 minute mini-workout. Pull a random card, set a 10-minute timer, go. Kids love it because no one has to explain anything. Adults love it because it is a real session.
Sample cards
Mirror Squat
Stand opposite each other. Whoever leads does any squat variation; the other mirrors. 5 reps, swap leader. 5 rounds.
Frisbee Lunge
Soft frisbee between two people. Each catch = step back into a lunge. 10 catches, swap sides.
Animal Walk Race
Bear, crab, frog: pick one. Race across the room. Loser picks the next.
