Kids Coordination 8-Week

Adult supervision required. Ages 4-10.

A parent-led movement program designed by our Dijon coaches who have run kids camps for a decade. 15-20 minutes, three times a week. Mixes balance, agility, throw-and-catch and silly games. You can run it with the Kids Movement Kit, or with anything soft you already have at home.

Sample week (Week 3)

  • Day 1 — Balance: single-leg stand contests, “freeze” balance game with cones, light band side-walks.
  • Day 2 — Agility: reaction sprint between 4 cones, “follow the leader” pattern course, jump rope basics.
  • Day 3 — Strength + play: animal walks (bear / crab / frog), wheelbarrow with parent, partner pull with light band.

Safety note
