Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipments leave our European warehouse Monday to Friday.

Lost or damaged shipments

Notify us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund at no extra cost.

Duties and taxes

EU orders are shipped DDP (duties and VAT included). Outside the EU, you are responsible for local import duties and taxes.
