14-day right of withdrawal

In application of Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), buyers who are consumers have 14 calendar days from physical receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

For multi-item orders the 14-day clock starts on receipt of the last item. For digital downloads, the clock stops as soon as the download link is delivered (see exclusions below).

Excluded items (Article L221-28)

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

  • Hygiene-sealed goods unsealed after delivery — grip strengtheners, heart-rate chest straps, stretching straps, yoga straps, sports towels, water bottles (Article L221-28 5°)
  • Digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium when execution started with your prior express consent and acknowledged loss of withdrawal right — applies to our PDF training plans once the download link is issued (Article L221-28 13°)
  • Personalised or made-to-order items (not currently part of our catalogue)

How to withdraw

  1. Notify us within 14 days by email at returns@zzschooll.com with your order number, or by completing the standardised withdrawal form below.
  2. Ship the goods back, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of your notification.
  3. We refund the price of goods + standard outbound shipping (not express upgrades) within 14 days of receiving them back, using the original payment method, except where you expressly agree to a different method.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s charge unless the item arrived damaged or non-conforming, in which case we cover both legs.

Defective or non-conforming items

If a product arrives damaged, defective or non-conforming, you are protected by the legal conformity warranty (Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the hidden-defects warranty (Articles 1641-1648 of the Civil Code, 2 years from discovery). Email support@zzschooll.com with photos and your order number; we will replace, repair, or refund at our expense, including return shipping.

Order cancellation before shipment

If your order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we can cancel it on simple email request to support@zzschooll.com — full refund within 5 business days.

Shipping cost

For withdrawal: outbound (initial) shipping that was at standard rate is refunded; return shipping is at the buyer’s charge. For defective or non-conforming items: both outbound and return shipping are at our charge.

Consumer mediation

If a dispute is not resolved after our customer-care reply, you may submit it free of charge to our consumer mediator, listed in Terms of Sale §8, or via the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
