2. Products

All products are home fitness equipment for general use. They are not medical devices, do not replace medical or physical-therapy advice, and are not professional sports training equipment. Kids products require constant adult supervision (see Kids Safety). We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items in a kit if a component becomes temporarily unavailable.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD and are tax-included (TTC) for EU buyers; VAT is applied at the rate of the buyer’s country of delivery (One-Stop-Shop OSS scheme). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland) using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA Direct Debit. Card details are tokenised; we never store them on our servers.

4. Order formation

An order becomes binding once: (i) the buyer has confirmed the cart, (ii) payment is authorised by Stripe, and (iii) we send the order-confirmation email. Pre-contractual information (essential features, price, payment, delivery, withdrawal right) is provided on the product pages and at checkout in compliance with Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days, EU)

In application of Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, consumers in the EU have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving any reason. Detailed procedure, exclusions (notably hygiene-sealed and digital items) and standardised withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal warranties

All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty (Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code) — 2 years from delivery — and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code). To claim, email support@zzschooll.com with your order number, photo of the issue, and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for injury arising from misuse of training equipment or for following training plans without medical clearance. See Fitness Disclaimer.

8. Consumer mediation

In compliance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in case of an unresolved dispute, the buyer may submit the complaint free of charge to:

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These CGV are governed by French law. The competent court is the Tribunal de Commerce de Dijon, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer’s country of residence require otherwise (Article 6 of EU Rome I Regulation 593/2008).

10. Modifications

We may update these CGV from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the date of order. Past versions can be requested via legal@zzschooll.com.
