Returns

As required by EU law, you have 14 days from receipt to return any unopened item for a full refund of the goods. Shipping costs (both ways) are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once unsealed:

• Grip strengtheners (skin contact)
• Heart-rate chest straps (skin contact)
• Stretching straps and yoga straps (skin contact)
• Sports towels (used or unsealed)
• Water bottles (used or unsealed)
• Digital PDF training plans (once the download link is issued)

How to return

1. Email returns@zzschooll.com with your order number within 14 days.
2. We will send a return label and warehouse address.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging, unsealed where possible.
4. Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
